SPECIALIST HANDLING — NERVOUS / ANXIOUS / DIFFICULT DOGS
I specialise in working with dogs that find grooming hard. This includes dogs that are nervous, anxious, rescue dogs, dogs that are reactive, or dogs that have had bad experiences at groomers in the past.
I choose to do this work because I truly love the challenge, and I get immense satisfaction from transforming what can be a scary experience into a calm, positive one for them. There is nothing more rewarding for me than building their trust; watching them go from feeling unsure or frightened at the beginning, to trusting me and becoming more confident and relaxed with each visit.
This is demanding work: It requires extra time, immense patience, special handling techniques, and 100% focus to keep both the dog and myself safe and calm, whilst still getting them clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Our Policy on Fleas
It is our policy not to groom dogs known to have parasites as it causes disruption to the salon due to risk of cross contamination to other dogs visiting. If unaware once in the salon If your pet is found to harbour parasites they will be treated at your expense. there will be an extra charge of £20 to cover cost of flea shampoo, flea products & labour to decontaminate of the salon.
